Valerie Vierengel

Valerie Vierengel is a direct response fundraiser passionate about building donor relationships that last. As Director of Mid-Level Giving at the National Audubon Society, she leads the Great Egret Society, engaging thousands of supporters who give between $500 and $10,000 annually. Valerie has helped grow programs at the ASPCA, amfAR, and several national nonprofits on the agency side. A past president of the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association, she’s known for her practical, data-informed approach and her belief that thoughtful stewardship and authentic communication drive long-term donor loyalty.
